These buses offer six feet of headroom on both levels. Big Tex is a new custom-built Freightliner powered by a Cummins engine and Allison transmission.

In 2018 Senator Ted Cruz used Big Tex II and in 2022 Lt. Gov Dan Patrick used the bus for their campaign vehicles.
